Auto Green / Standby Problem: Coocaa 32S3M Software Installation

 

If you encountered the defect or symptoms as show above with Coocaa 32S3M, then you need to install a fresh operating system, burn new keys and MAC address to your TV.

Defect symptoms are as follows, when the TV plugin to the power source, it's light indicator turns red then green for a while then going back into red. Please refer to the above video for your reference.

In order for you to install the fresh software of Coocaa 32S3M you will need the following;

Step by Step Guide on how to install Coocaa 32S3M  Fresh Software
1. Download the software below link:

2. Extract the "Coocaa 32S3M Software.zip" . It contains the following;

  1. allupgrade_3563i_sos.bin
  2. hdcp_cvt_3563i
  3. mac_cvt_3563i

2. Move the following extracted software to USB Flash drive root directory.

  •          allupgrade_3563i_sos.bin

3. Insert the USB Flash Drive containing the software into TV USB Port.

4. Cut the power / unplug the TV from power source for at-least 10 seconds.

5. Restore the power / plug the TV from power source. (Please don't do anything.)

6. Wait for at least 5 minutes, if the light indicator blinking it means the installation progresses.

7. After 5 minutes, the light indicator still blinking, Cut the power / unplug the TV from power source for at-least 10 seconds.

8. Remove or take out the USB flash drive.

9. Restore the power / plug the TV from power source. (If the update is successful, it will automatically boot up.)

10. Setup the TV.

11. Move the extracted file to USB Flash Drive. Please refer to below image;

***Note: USB Flash should be fat32 and no other file inside. Only "hdcp_cvt_3563i and mac_cvt_3563i" please refer to above image.

12.3 Cut the power / unplug the TV from power source for at-least 10 seconds.

12.4 Insert the USB flash drive containing folder of hdcp_cvt_3563i and mac_cvt_3563i into your Coocaa 32S3M USB port.

12.5 Restore the power / plug-in the TV back to the power source.

12.6 Turn "On the TV" and do nothing and wait for the pop-up message.

hdcp_cvt_3563i: OK

mac_cvt_3563i: OK


To confirm if it successfully installed please do the following step by step guide;

1. Cut the power / unplug the TV from power source for at-least 10 seconds.

2. Insert the USB flash drive containing Coocaa 32S3M key into your Coocaa TV USB port.

3. Restore the power / plug-in the TV back to the power source.

4. Turn "On the TV" and do nothing and wait for the pop-up message.

What happened after update?

After the software update, the same applications appears which includes Netflix, YouTube, Smart TV Apps, Prime Video, YouTube Kids, Yahoo Weather, Facebook, Twitter, MiraShare and Browser. 


How to update or add applications to Coocaa 43S3N?

Here is the step by step guide on how to update your Coocaa 43S3N.

1. Prepare USB Flash Drive.
2. Format USB Flash Drive to FAT32.


4. Copy or Move the software "MstarUpgrade.bin" and "SkyData Folder" to USB Flash Drive root directory. Please refer to image below.
I assume that your USB flash drive and software is ready at this point. So let's prepare the Coocaa 43S3N for software update.

1. Insert USB Flash to Coocaa 43S3N USB port which is located at the back of the TV.
2. On your Coocaa 43S3N original remote press "MENU".
3. Using remote navigation key find "SETUP".
4. Then select "Software Update (USB)".
5. Finally press right or left navigation key arrow, cancel and ok, respectively.
6. The update will begin, please refer to image above. Please do not interrupt on unplug the TV while the Coocaa 43S3N updating, it took sometimes to finish.

7. TV will automatically turned off when update is finish!

Update the SkyData
1. Turn on the TV using the remote control, an initial setup window will greet you. Please refer to image below for your reference.
2. Keep pressing the green button on your remote until your TV will turn off. Please refer to the image below for your reference.

3. Wait until the TV reboot!

Here is the step by step guide on how to update your Coocaa 55S3N.

2. Format USB Flash Drive to FAT32.

1. Insert USB Flash to Coocaa 32S3N USB port which is located at the back of the TV.
2. On your Coocaa original remote press "MENU".

5. Finally, it will say "Success, Rebooting System" you TV went off and will boot up with Coocaa Logo!
